Amon Holcomb, founder of Holcomb Wealth Management, is a seasoned financial planner and tax advisor with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Amon is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy. He is also an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and holds several securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 65, 63).
Beyond his professional pursuits, Amon is deeply committed to serving his community through various organizations. He has been a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Ocean Springs for over two decades, during which he has held positions such as president and treasurer for over 10 years. Amon is recognized as a multiple Paul Harris Fellow where he is a Major Donor within the club. Additionally, he has contributed his time and expertise as a board member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA for a decade, serving as treasurer for four years. Amon has also devoted six years as a deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs and currently serves as the finance chair of the Finance Committee. Furthermore, he has served as treasurer of the Ocean Springs Baseball Organization and his local homeowner association.
In his personal life, Amon finds joy in spending time with his family, particularly attending his sons’ sporting events. He is happily married to Jill Bounds Holcomb, and together they have triplet boys Emerson, Brayson, and Cooper who attend St. Patrick’s Catholic High School in Biloxi. Amon’s hobbies include golf, running, swimming, cycling, gardening, and supporting Ole Miss Athletics.
